Far better service than the four star high rise hotel we stayed at in Buckhead last week! The other place was nice and all, but here the staff were super friendly, courteous, and respectful to our family. We paid less here, got free breakfast, better pillows, more comfy beds, newspaper and extra towels at our door in the mornings. Breakfast staff, Elizabeth, Theresa(?), and all front desk at each shift are amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here. Sure there are bigger and fancier hotels in the area, but the service we got for the price we paid was fantastic!
Great hotel. The rooms were clean, the towels were clean. Nice outdoor swimming pool, the breakfast was excellent. They have real food, fresh crispy bacon, well done sausages and real eggs, they have a chef that'll make an omelette right in front of you. He deserves every tip he/she earns too! There's other breakfast options to choose from too! The amenities @ the hotel is fantastic and most of all, The customer service is excellent. From the front desk all the way to the housekeeping they have the uppermost respect. They spoke/greeted me every time I left and return to the hotel. True southern hospitality, very appreciated. I never had an issue with anything the whole week I stayed. I understand everyone's experience will be different but I must say I've had a great time staying here....I'll definitely stay here again!
I haven't actually stayed here yet but I just wanted to write a review about how awesome this hotel was about cancelling my reservation. I booked through Expedia and bought the travel protection plan but basically unless I had a medical emergency I couldn't cancel. So Expedia called the hotel directly and they gave me a 100% refund without any problems. I'll definitely be staying here in the future when I do visit Atlanta!
Great location!! The rooms were super clean and the front desk staff was amazing. Amazing place to eat 2 blocks away The Landmark Diner, recommended by hotel. The bartender was really nice and went out of her way to help get us towels for the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!!
Very nice hotel. It's in a great location to be close to all of the attractions in the Atlanta area. But most of all the hotel is super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again. Plus the breakfast is amazing. To order omlettes and waffles!
