Don't even want to get started on breakfast. That is some of the most bland food I have ever had.

Management on the other hand needs to do better by their staff. I give management and the cleaning staff a big ZERO. Management was nowhere to be found and the cleaning staff left the entire building a mess.

Very convenient to downtown attractions. Clean, but outdated and in need of refurbishing. The mattress was good and the room insulated from highway noise.

The staff was very pleasant, but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Avoid this place at all cause.

This is my second time that I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is great. I was blessed to stay in a suite. The sofa had spots on it. The dresser was chipped. There were dirty spots on the wall. The bathroom tile had black spot in the cracks. There were a lot of us there for breakfast and the lady did an excellent job. When I stayed two years ago, there were "little" things in that room. Their rooms need to be updated and maintained so when a person walks in they think they are the first person in the room.

If management would do better by their staff, the place would be in better condition. Things would move more smoothly, they could retain more business, increasing revenue, allowing for more income for staff and renovations. By increasing their income and by providing incentives, your staff would feel more supported and provide an every better service. When management is accountable and present, staff has the ability to keep things going while management handles customer concerns. What I witnessed was the staff being left with no support and trying to accommodate everyone's concerns. Preventing them from actually being able to do their jobs.

I'm here on government travels. We were put in this dump for 2 nights, which felt like eternity. First off they give me a handicap room, that is at the end of a carpeted hallway, I'm not in need of a handicap room, however, someone that is, why would they walk to the end of a carpeted hallway? As soon as I walked into the room, I could tell it is very dated. Hesitantly, I put my luggage on the table, because the couch was dirty, the sofa chair was dirty and the tables have stains and sticky spots all over them. I go to the bathroom, and there are ants everywhere. The toilet had a dirty ring around it and the tub was just disgusting. I look at the bedding and the pillows have stains on them and the comforter is just disgusting. I go to move some pillows and there is a spider. Then I go to close the curtains to cover up the window, only thing that will cover the window is a white, sheer curtain and there is a bright light that is on the outside of the window. So I do too get darkness, I have a light that shines in my window.

One of the front desk staff members was working when I finally went to sleep after 11 pm and was back at the desk early the next morning. That's not okay- support your staff. If you make them work long hours, I better see you doing the same. A good leader never asks their staff to do more than they are willing to do.

I want to first thank that staff for their wonderful service. I really enjoyed meeting the evening and morning front desk staff and felt they really cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. If I was just rating the staff they would get a 5 star rating- hands down.

Decent hotel. I must say that the hotel staff was very nice and accomodating, they get an A+. Aside from that, the rest was fairly average. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious, but old and in need of renovation. The hotel lobby seemed like it was recently renovated, it was new and clean. The rest of the hotel seems much older and in need of improvement. The breakfast was bland but edible. The hotel offered free newspapers, a nice gesture. My biggest frustration was that the hotel was not in downtown, as I thought it would be. It's not walking distance, you have to drive there. The advantage is however, that the hotel area is quite and more private.

Like I said, the front desk team was great. They are the reason I would return. Management on the other hand needs to do much better.
