Lack of full items to call it a full kitchen-- limited items for cooking meals
I chose the Greenwood B&B due to its proximity to the Moses Cone Hospital, and found it to be a wonderful place to stay. Raechel and Nathan have built a peaceful environment there -- very comforting especially given that I was visiting due to a sickness in my family. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, breakfast was tasty -- I'd stay there again without hesitation.
Lack of privacy-- as in host comes in after one night of staying and cleans up entire area while guests are away without a blink of an eye
Cons:
Great place and good value. Large clean living space. Very quite in bedroom. Perfect for light sleepers.I will always try to stay here when I go to Atlanta.
On street parking-- having a high theft rate of cars in Atlanta had to remove all items from the car-- hard to do when on a long road trip
More space than a hotel but less privacy than in a hotel-- gotta weigh the differences.

Host was friendly but not having privacy and felt uneasy about leaving the house with all of our belongings in space means we won't be staying here again if we ever visit Atlanta again.
