Secondly, upon entering the lobby there were 2 front desk staff members who kept me waiting for 3-4 minutes before asking how they could assist me. It looked as if one of them were a trainee, but the trainer should have acknowledged that I was standing there by saying "I'll be right with you."
So i killed 3 bugs in my room.
pool area under construction.. not acceptable that is the reason i booked her for the pool breakfast and a comfortable sleep and didn't receive any
I stayed at Comfort Suites Atlanta (Airport). My room was burglarized while I was at dinner. I reported it to the front desk (which I believe to be involved). When the police arrived the Manager (Sam) wouldn’t come down to speak with the officer (the police waited over 30 minutes). The surveillance tape showed me leaving and returning to my room (with my items), however any activity in between the 2 ½ hours while I was out was ERASED/DELETED. While at the front desk another guest was waiting on another officer to file a report that their room was burglarized while they were out. I also, forgot to mention when I was checked in, there was a guest at the desk angry and upset stating someone had been in his room and stole some things. When we all (the victims) were stating it was an inside job, the lady at the front desk stated to all four of us that she had given the master key to one of the guest who had trouble getting into his room with the regular key! I contacted the owner, Mr. S. Patel and he was rude, told me that I didn’t have the items that I stated was stolen and HUNG UP IN MY FACE.
I hold this company in good standard never had a problem before until now.
DISSATISFIED
Mind you you i have a baby very very inconvenienced. Then the lady at the front desk went up stairs and killed another bug in the room.
Bad Choice/ GUEST BEWARE
Unfortunately I will not be returning to this hotel.
The service was great. They got us checked in really fast. The room was spacious and very clean. The only problem we had was the shower was hard to turn completely off.
The first thing that I wasn't pleased with was the fact that I had been on the road driving for 8 hours and upon arrival to this hotel there were no available parking spaces for me to park. There was an 18 wheeler truck that took up about 8-10 spaces and the hotel simply could not accommodate all of its guests.
There was a break-in the first night there. About 6-8 cars were hit. Stuff happens, It's unfortunate. But I think the staff could have alerted people of the situation a little better-I don't know what the protocol is for that. Most of the people only heard about it from others in the lobby or they just walked outside to see their window shattered. ALSO - if you stay at this hotel - BE ALERT! We alerted the staff 2 or 3 times about this. 2 out of the 4 people in my party had keys that opened multiple doors. We know because we had two rooms and the keys worked on both. The person we alerted even tried to stick the key in a random empty door and it unlocked. They were re-keyed again several times, but nothing changed. We left the keys in the room, but hopefully that was just a fluke accident.
One of the main reasons I chose this particular hotel was that is stated that there was a restaurant on site, however upon checking in learned that there was no restaurant at this location. This is false advertisement! If there's no restaurant on site that information needs to be removed from this particular hotel's website. The breakfast, however was delicious, but being that I was visiting from out of town I would have liked to order lunch and/or dinner without having to drive off-site to a restaurant. Had I not been mobile I really would have been upset. The cleaning staff was amazing!
Breakfast i can send you a pic because the sausage and eggs looked disgusting. They were sitting in a bunch of water. I asked the lady a question she act like she had a attitude not friendly at all. No fruit or cereal. lack of food like she cleaned up already and it was only 9:00 am on a Saturday.
Then when asked to be moved to a new room was told to bring all my stuff downstairs. Just to told there was no more rooms available and have to go right back to the same room.
I was traveling with 3 other people at the time of the stay. I always try to stay at choice hotels because all the other ones I have been in have been excellent. The positive thing about this hotel is that the rooms and bathrooms were clean. No complaints there. (1) The first thing that we noticed was that there are not enough parking spaces for everyone. Took us a while to find one each night we were there (3 nights). (2) Next, the staff was polite, if/when they acknowledged you. I'm pretty sure the person at the front desk was new, because she fumbled around a bit - but there was another person with her that was not interested at all in helping. (3) The breakfast was very disappointing. All the yogurt was expired, fruit didn't look good, and the hot sausage and eggs didn't even look appetizing. I did eat it one morning and the sausage and eggs weren't bad, but not good enough for me to want to eat it again. (4) The night before we left and the next morning - there were no luggage carts to be found. The manager told us someone had left it in their room overnight with the luggage still on it, but she couldn't move it. And they were not sure where the other one was.
First of all i was traveling with a baby.
