After my first night here, I was told by our vendor, who I was visiting in Atlanta, that they no longer recommend this hotel to their visitors.
I called today for my team member who had a corrupted Pdf sent to him when he asked for a receipt via email. I called maybe six times trying to get someone to help and each time the same unhelpful and unprofessional woman answered.
Then, I forgot a set of a very nice pajamas and after calling 4 times, I finally realized no one was calling me back with an answer and they were gone for ever.
My first night here was horrible - my tub had hot water only so I called for maintenance or a room change, whichever would be faster. They sent someone to come look at it.. The maintenance man got out his screwdriver and fixed the knob...then promptly blamed it on me, said I had messed up the knob. All I did was turn the knob...
The hotel is as good as any other, but I like to go to the same place, meet the staff and feel comfortable, lately every time I stay there there is different people. All new staff and most of them don't have an anwer to simple questions.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have a nice shuttle bus that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. They were kind enough to stretch the radius just a little for me. The indoor/ outdoor garden area was lovely. The hotel is right across from the Perimeter mall. They have some nice shops and restaurants there. I would stay again.
I asked if the price would be different since they didn't have the item and it wasn't.
I visited the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia on August 4 & 5 for events pertaining to my family reunion. The hotel was excellent! Very clean, quiet and the staff is top notch. The suite we booked was amazing..spacious and welcoming. Directly across the street from one of the best malls in Atlanta (Perimeter Mall), and near tons of other shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again!
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only thing going for it is the beautiful park behind it.
It was impossible to use their Internet consistently so I gave up trying to use it after the second night.
Disappointed.
This time, I order room service and whatever is in the menu wasn't available or they didn't have an item listed on the description.
It has been great to me since I just sleep there most of my stays.
Every time I go to Atlanta I stay at this hotel.
Room is nice, quiet. Hotel ambiance is very nice. The restaurant Bistro 55 has a limited menu. I'd suggest the buffet as long as you can tolerate the limited food selection. It's priced fairly reasonable and the food was decent.
