It was a good hotel and I appreciated that it was so close to Emory and could easily walk there to explore the campus. The breakfast was okay. I would stay there again.
Service and location were excellent as was the cleanliness of the room. However, the lobby was closed between the hours of 11p and 630a. A night manager was on staff and responsive to needs, but as I had arrived after midnight due to flight delays, I thusly had to wait outside for a few minutes before the night manager arrived to unlock the lobby and check me in.
The hotel was decent in most regards. The close proximity to Emory Campus is a plus, the staff was friendly, and the rooms well kept. There were limited breakfast options compared to most hotels. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.
Room was nice, very well laid out. Staff was very helpful even though they were out of space for the night.
We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to help make my 100 year old Grandmother's stay comfortable.
