We were hurricane Irma evacuees and they didn't compensate anything not the $80 pet fee not the $30 valet parking and then almost made us pay for parking twice. The hotel food is not worth eating 2 tacos are $25 and not amazing. The hotel staff were rude/stand offish. The room was extremely small, no fridge or microwave. The stand up shower in the show was not worth the expensive stay. Will NEVER stay here again
I booked a room for one night at the Ellis for a meeting that I had nearby. The website made it sound like it was something spectacular. I was really interested in the history of the building and thought it would be a really neat place to stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful, but this hotel is NOT worth $250. I expected something much more grand than what it was. Room was also very small and not much to it.
The Ellis Hotel is very centrally located in downtown Atlanta, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
Nice rooms smaller hotel but very convenient to parks and shopping stores friendly staff
I stayed here for a quick getaway in Atlanta. The location was great and within walking distance to all the attractions I was visiting. The staff was friendly. For the price I paid, however, I felt nickeled and dimed a bit having to pay for the hotel branded bottled water in the room. Plus the room could have been cleaner. It's a nice place to stay, but for the price I was expecting better.
