Horrible experience at a reputable store and especially for such an expensive purchase.
The entire process has been frustrating and the lack of information they have to offer is unacceptable.
We came in to buy a sectional and couldn't have been more happy with the customer service we received from Jack Sides. He was was as gracious and helpful after the sale as he was during. We had to change our delivery date because of being out of town unexpectedly and he handled the whole change for us. I wish everyone I dealt with had the same great customer service skills as Jack.
Visited to look for a new sofa and found the selection and price reasonable. The sales associate that assisted us (grey hair and dark suit) was great. He asked tons of questions about fabric choices and size options. After browsing, I found the sofas attractive but just too large and too traditional for my space. I'm not sure why is says closed, I was just here a week ago.
Ordered a custom sectional (over $5000) and waited 13 weeks. I was told 3 weeks in a row that it would arrive in the warehouse in a day and then they would contact for me for a delivery. It was never when they said it would be and I called every week with no ew exact information. I then found out that it had been sitting in a different warehouse for who knows how long and they just didn't know it was there. Upon delivery, the corner section was missing and an incorrect piece was brought. I had to wait 48 hours, which ended up being 72 to be contacted about a new delivery date. I was then told they did not have the missing section and had no idea where it was or how long it would take to receive. I am in the process of trying to get someone to contact me about a return.
We can usually find something we like here. It's worth the trip.
