The rooms were comfortable and clean, and wifi strength was good. The hotel set-up is such that the second floor and above have a large open space so you can look down to the first floor. Because my room was on the balcony overlooking the first floor at night I could hear noise from downstairs. The restaurant in the hotel -Sway- was very accommodating. Someone in my party had food restrictions and the restaurant ensured that the dishes she ordered did not have the items she was allergic to in them, so we could count on a place to eat a full meal. The food in Sway was delicious and fresh.
Great hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and the entire cleanliness of the lobby area was well kept. We stayed in their standard room with 2 double beds and had plenty of space. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We even went down to their lobby market and grabbed a couple of beers to bring back up to the room.
Nice upscale downtown hotel. Well maintained and does not show its age at all. Obviously lots of $ spent over the years on updates. Rooms in the Radius tower though are small and strangely shaped. They have showers but no tubs. Nice lobby bar with acceptable wine list, limited bourbon selection, very nice food menu.
This is a decent hotel. I stayed here during a conference and it was fairly comfortable. We are in the International Tower and it's definitely older and not as nice as the main part of the hotel. I'd have liked to see nicer amenities (better thermostat, new toiletries--ours had been used before we arrived) but overall I'd recommend it if you need to be in the city center. I do appreciate the WiFi in the rooms.
I paid $135 last year and was thinking my room would be a broom closet! Had a beautiful room, spacious, balcony, awesome view! I paid $200 this year and got the broom closet! I attempted to check in a little after 3pm but my room wasn't ready! (Took 30 to 40 minutes) The room was small, the balcony was small, and the view sucked! Within 10 minutes hotel staff were knocking on the door to replace a broken fridge! About 30 minutes later another staff member knocked and wanted to replace the fridge! To park your car in the garage at the hotel is $40? Seriously disappointed and will not be staying there next year!
