The staff were always pleasant and the breakfast was a hit! it's such a time saver not having to get up and get dressed just to go out for breakfast everyday, we were able to come down eat get back to room and plan out the rest off the day
Our stay was wonderful. We drove in from NYC and at our arrival my friend and I and 3 kids were completely exhausted, we originally reserved a double queen room, but the guy at the front desk saw that there were 5 off us (including my 2 yr old) and gave us the queen suite for no additional charge , i have to stay it was the best thing he did for our entire trip!! thank you again
I am writing this review at 2:00 am at this hotel because I can't fall asleep because of noise. I complained about the noise on my fist night at this hotel and the staff fave me another room. Oh, my god. This is even worse. There is a club in this hotel and the level of noise is ridiculous. The staff at the lobby gave ear bug, saying that is the only thing they can do for me. But it is worthless because the noise here is too loud.
The staff were very friendly. I don't think I encountered one without a smile and a hello or welcome back. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is only valet parking in site but there are other places available nearby. Soamy opportunities were in walking distance. We will be coming back.
The staff was SO friendly and welcoming. They said good morning when you came down for breakfast in the mornings. The hotel was clean and the rooms are very nice. Really convenient location to all the big things to do in Atlanta. There is a security officer stationed in the lobby at night as well! Great experience overall.
Also i was actually able to get parking for my entire 4 day stay in the front the hotel, there are only 5 spots and i moved my car 2 times and always got back a spot ( lucky me!) so i didn't have to pay for parking
We stay here almost every time we visit Atlanta and are always impressed. The staff is outstanding, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The location is convenient to major attractions downtown, the rooms are well sized and well maintained. We stayed in their 1 bedroom room the last time, convection microwave, full fridge, two burner stove top, dishwasher table that can be used for dining and a desk, two double beds and a pull out couch. Just a comfortable and usable space. The breakfast is more than suitable to get you going in the morning and they don't get upset when you take a couple of apples and boiled eggs with you to go for later, not that I would ever do that. The one thing I will say about the area is I strongly recommend using the valet parking rather than trying to find parking on the street, some of the neighbors are less that trustworthy.
Do not come here if you want to sleep, especially in weekend. I am so frustrated that I paid over $200 per day, but can't fall asleep. What a horrible experience!!
