The hotel is top notch. Check in was a breeze and everyone was pleasant. I was able to check in early at 1pm with no problem. There is Starbucks in the main lobby and a few bars/restaurants. There are over 40 floors and being on one of the top floors I never had a problem waiting for a elevator. The room was nicely appointed and had everything you would expect from a Marriott.
This Hotel by far is one of the best we ever stayed at. Very convenient to everything you would like to do. It is beautiful inside and the Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The Pool is great and heated during cooler months. The breakfast Buffet at Sears restaurant is simply the best ever.
This is a rating for the Spa at the hotel. I needed a massage for my lower back and was very fortunate to have a deep tissue massage by Renee. Her knowledge of anatomy was very impressive. She used several hot moist towels during the massage which felt marvelous The spa has a wonderful steam room which is a great perk to use before or after the massage.
First at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel is great looking and classy without being stuffy. The rooms are really comfortable, modern and clean. I have a fabulous stay and I'm looking forward to returning very soon. Definitely recommend this hotel
Classic business hotel with an atrium that became a corporate icon. I had the opportunity to spend a week here and was no disappointed. As an architect I appreciated the simple but effective juxtaposition between the 'compression' of the entry experience and the 'release' of entering the 47 story open lobby at the heart of the hotel. Do not resist the urge to look up and say WOW! If you are lucky (or smart!) and have a room above the 40th floor, step into the glass elevator and enjoy the thrill. The rooms have been recently updated, and offer all the expected amenities. In town for business? Book your stay here! Next door or nearby? Plan to meet once in this building's signature atrium.
