When I first called X Press Car Rental, I was greeted by a pleasant and professional owner of the company, Thomas. I explained my situation and he gave me a few different options. I went to X Press Car and rented a vehicle the very next day. I felt very relieved and assured that I received the “best” possible rate in Atlanta for monthly car rentals…fact! The process was very easy and efficient and much more personalized than any other car rental company. This was so easy and affordable that I ended up renting the car for six months.

I rented from Xpress Car for approximately 2 months give or take. The gentleman Thomas at first was extremely nice, but going into my last couple of weeks he became rude. They had a mileage constraint of 60 miles per day which is ridiculous in Atlanta, but i agreed to pay any overages that was required. But my final week Thomas “the owner” said that i could no longer rent because i was putting too many miles on the car. I was upset but agreed, but when i returned I requested a breakdown of what was paid so that my $150 deposit would be returned, but it’s been over a week with NO reply. I’ve been nothing but professional with him, but he’s been nothing but rude. I’m going to wait another week or so, but I may have to go to small claims court. I’ll contact the BBB as well. I wouldn’t recommend Xpress Car, at all. To anyone.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to inquire about renting a car. The man I spoke to over the phone was very rude, and had a very nasty cocky attitude. Kept trying to cut me off, talking over me, and asking very rude questions. Will not be spending my hard earned money with this company.
