It is always a great pleasure renting a car from the folks at the Emory University location. They are very accommodating and treat me with the utmost professionalism. Only complaint is that I sometimes get cars with a "low tire pressure" fault. Just a tad annoying.
The car itself was fine. Pick up in Georgia was good, drop in Massachusetts was good. The rate was the best. What was bad?........From worst to best: TPS light was on, inside of windshield was very dirty, no manual to explain some of the cars features, exterior was dirty, maint req'd (change oil) light came on. Overall, would rent again if the rate was so good, would look elsewhere if other rates were comparable.
