Rented a vehicle online from this location for a weekend this past June. Other than having to wait about 10 minutes or so for the rep to return to the desk (it's a small location with only 5 or 6 vehicles, so I'm guessing it must have minimal staff), the checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was impressed with how professional and friendly the rep was. No problems with the vehicle during the time I used it. The return process was also hassle-free. Very pleased with my experience at this location – I'll definitely use them again if I need to rent a car, as I live within walking distance.
I made a reservation weeks ago. They called the morning before saying they didn't have any cars available and I was out of luck. They would do nothing to compensate me and just gave half-hearted, condescending apologies. Every Hertz employee I talked to today told me how it wasn't their fault and not one person tried to take care of the customer.
Great pickup experience. The guy was very friendly and professional. We checked out the car together and I was off with a full size (Camry with bluetooth, backup camera, and hertz navigation) for a great price! And I avoided all the airport surcharges and add-on fees. Great all around deal and experience!

Horrible experience... waited 25 minutes to rent a vehicle. Finally the representative comes to the counter and notifies me that he doesn't have any vehicles left after I made a reservation. I wasted time and money to get to this location. Do not let it happen to you! Rent somewhere else!
