Judith Bright consistently provides a wonderful atmosphere and an exceptional customer service experience. I have loved every employee I have ever met and every piece I have ever seen. I don't know what that one-star reviewer is on about, but overdramatic, outrage-addicted internet trolls need an outlet too, I suppose.

ALWAYS a great experience. They have beautiful jewelry. You should be able to tell that from the pictures. But what you might not be able to see at first glance is the hard work and love that goes into each piece as well as each customer. I recently picked out a bracelet at the Atlanta location. They did not have my size in stock (I have little wrists) so one was made just for me and shipped out a week later. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and they take the time to get to know more than which piece you are purchasing. Upon getting my bracelet, it was a tad bit too small and just didn't fit right. I contacted the store and they were more than happy to not only make it a big larger, but also get me a bracelet that did fit my wrist and what I was looking for perfectly. There was no question that they wanted to make sure I was happy and loved my purchase. This was my second bracelet from them. The first was a graduation present from a friend. I am now a lifelong customer because Judith Bright goes above and beyond to make sure you're more than happy. What an amazing company. Thank you guys!
Do not go to this fraudulent scam of a business. My elderly sick mom had bought a ring at their other store in Nashville. She returned it unopened, still gift wrapped and within return time frame as stated on receipt. She had lost her visa visiting us and had gotten a new card replacement. Being too sick to travel back to return, my son and i did so for her. This garbage company is the only store in America that refuses returns to a card if it isn’t the exact same one. They could care less about how bad the customer service is or inconvenience they cause. They promised to send a check for a return the week after cause apparently only one person in whole company can do refunds. So here we are 10 days after her return yet still no refund. This is a fraud. They try to keep your money but have no trouble taking merch back to resell. She lives two hours away. One day time for mail. Lives on limited budget and still this trash company has yet to refund her. I have had to retain a lawyer now for my mom just to get it back! What a trash run company that you can assure is no better here at their other location in Atlanta. Do NOT shop here!!!!!! Oh and you will be billed for my attorney fees and pay the refund so I hope your failed scam was worth it!!!!! Do NOT shop here!!!!!!
