Communication was timely and detailed throughout, and everyone involved in the process took a lot of time and effort to answer our dozens of questions and explain anything we were uncertain about. Sherry went out of her way took extra care in regards to my nickel allergy, and worked with her suppliers to get me the metal that was safe for everyday wear for extremely sensitive skin.

I went to the mart and purchased a gift last year for my fiance and I recently went to their Buckhead location and bought my fiance a custom made engagement ring for Christmas. Both times they have offered the best value and service. I would never shop with anyone else because I trust them so much. My fiance loves her ring. They deliver on their promise. We came to Royal Design for our wedding bands, as they were recommended by a friend. The quote was a good 25% below what other jewelers estimated - even though all of them quoted us slightly smaller diamonds.
I also want to mention that I needed this in a hurry because I wanted to wear it at a certain event, and they worked with me to get it to me in to weeks! Everyone was so helpful, and I can't thank them enough for my beautiful ring. I wish I could post a picture!
This is by far the best value for your money. I had been wanting a custom designed trendy rose gold, diamond, and Morganite ring, and had priced around at many stores. Some of the other stores tried to trick you with lower prices, but I have a lot of jewelry and know the difference in the quality! Don't be fooled! The ring Sherry made for me was very high quality, and I have gotten countless compliments on it.
I cannot speak highly enough of this jeweler. Sherry and her team have been absolutely amazing for a very customized order, and the entire experience has been a breeze.
