This was my first time visiting Brown & Co in Buckhead and I must say I was more than Happy with my visit! I'm shopping for the perfect engagement ring and a friend suggested me come here. I was greeted and helped by Romain Wright. He really listened to what I wanted and showed me the most beautiful pieces for me. First, I must say I am overjoyed with the customer service my fiance and I received at Brown & Co from Romain Wright. We visited the Buckhead location 7 days ago to buy my fiance's ring. He was awesome through the whole process of finding the right ring. We decided on a ring and had it sized to fit perfectly. Turns out, my fiance just really didn't like the ring at all. She didn't even want to wear it. I was shocked. I mean what am I suppose to do??? The return policy says no returns if the jewelry has been altered so I was sweating bullets thinking I'm stuck with this ring my fiance doesn't like. I figured since I had such an awesome experience with Romain, I'll go talk to him and see what could be done. I get to the store and I tell him the situation. Now I was truly expecting him to say, "NO WE CAN'T DO IT." Honestly, that's just the customer service that I'm use to getting at other jewelry stores. He said it wasn't a problem at all, and let's make her happy! We started the whole process over and he took his time and listened to all the details of what my fiance was looking for in perfect ring. He was determined to make sure she was MORE than satisfied when she left. He found her the PERFECT diamond center stone and she's still drooling over her ring!!! I am absolutely amazed by his customer service and his ability to listen and execute. You've got a customer FOREVER!!!
