I am in love with Perimeter Pandora especially their store manager Ki-Esha Sherield, who so kindly assisted with great spirit and wonderful attitude. This will always be my go to Pandora for any future purchases!!!
They don’t know how to greet customers.
This store is beyond small and management doesn't know how to work technology nor is the customer service that great. I had an e-gift certificate and was told that I had to print it out to use in the store. Does that not defeat the purpose of having an e-gift certificate so hat it save paper and adds convenience??? I will continue to patronize the Lenox Square store from now on.
I am glad that I didn’t buy anything from that store and headed to Macy’s.
They didn’t even acknowledge our presence and didn’t show any interest towards us.
The worst customer service ever. When we walked in no one even bothered to offer assistance. They were simply at the counter arranging stuffs when no one was there. We literally had to go and ask them what we wanted to buy. Please don't ever go to this store. Choose a different store if you really want to buy from Pandora.

I would give them 0 if i could. i called this store 6/13/2017 and stayed on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. I live a hour away from this store so I wanted to see if they had a letter charm that I've been searching for and the lady told me to hold on and didn't come back to the phone in the 20 minutes that i was holding. For this type of service they will NEVER have to worry about me shopping at this store.
