I am so thankful for this neighborhood Ace Hardware! I have been in here a handful of times now; twice to get assistance with products I was assembling at home, and once to get copies of my keys. The staff has been so helpful and kind every time, and my problems are resolved quickly. Each staff member has been very courteous and quick to help me out. One time I went in having trouble with a product from my home and they fixed it and were extremely kind even though I didn't buy anything. I love that I can walk there and that such a warm hardware store is so local to me!
By far the most helpful and kind employees! They smile, wave to you while walking by (even if not in the store), and remember you. We are lucky to have them in the area and will always support the team! Great selection of all types of items.
Hooray hooray for this clean and friendly neighborhood—NEIGHBORHOOD! WALKABLE!—hardware store. Friendliest staff in town, and they also carry funky, funny, stylish gift items and housewares. I always look forward to going.
Shep and the team are always in good spirits and have what we need for light work around the house. Tools, hardware, paint, etc. Convenient, excellent service, pretty good product knowledge (better product knowledge than most of the folks at HD!).
