I've been sofa searching for about two weeks now. I finally found a sofa I liked (7-pc Laney Park Sectional). I attempted to purchase it, I just knew this was the end of my sofa searching.. "We're out of stock". When will you have it? "Late November". It's not even September yet. "We're sorry". Truly unfortunate and inconvenient experience.
It's been a nightmare trying to get a delivery placed. I only have a small window to reserve the freight elevator and have explained that several times. I have been trying for months now. I am on my FINAL attempt.

If I get my order between the window I specified as being the only time deliverable, 12 PM - 2 PM, then maybe my review will change, but they have given me the delivery window of 1 PM - 5 PM, which gives them an hour. And given they were over an hour late last time, I am highly doubting they will EVER be getting business from me again.
This is the worst and most sad customer experience ever. I thought I was alone and have almost been brought to tears over how I have been treated. I finally have had enough and decided to share my experience everywhere I could so I may prevent anyone from having this same situation. They beat me down and they have won but DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. I love my couch look and feel but my sleeper is broken and basically they refuse to make it right, I wont even go into the long drawn out details of this terrible saga but please TRUST ME ITS NOT WORTH IT. Many other places have financing and good prices and honestly, cuter furniture. I
We were looking for an entertainment unit/tv stand piece and Tony was very helpful showing us the options throughout the showroom. He was never pushy, and we were able to make our decision quickly and feel very satisfied with our choice.
Add to that, even though I planned out my delivery A MONTH IN ADVANCE AND HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER IN FULL, they still don't have everything from my order prepared and have to mail me goods separately. It's been a straight up joke trying to go through Rooms To Go.
