Room and Board anywhere is always full of beautiful, well designed furniture and more, but this location is housed in an equally beautiful historic building that really adds to the experience.
We have one couch and 2 matching chairs that we have owned for 3.5 years and it is all holding up well.

This is a reasonable alternative for contemporary upper mid-range furniture. The prices a good for the quality of the items. Many fabrics to choose from but not many available for quick delivery.
VERY poor customer service. I bought a couch almost two months ago. Sales associate said it was in stock, but neglected to mention that stock means that delivery time will be 2 weeks from request as it comes from Minnesota. For an item in stock, who would think it would be 2 weeks to get something, and then charge $ 89.00 for the privilege of waiting. She was in a hurry to sell it, and didn't think that was important. I called delivery center, they said their computers were down, and would call me back. Another delay of 3 days.
Be VERY careful to ask all the questions that from another company might seem unimportant.
