Stillman greeted us at the door and made us instantly feel comfortable. He was there to provide us information without being overbearing or pushy in the least. We were able to find the perfect fit for us at a great price thanks to Stillman. I would recommend AFHS to anyone looking for new furniture. 5/5 all the way.
We had an awesome experience at Ashley Furniture when shopping for our bedroom furniture, mattress, etc. Marcus went above and beyond to work with us, was very attentive, and made sure to find the right products and price for our purchases. They really worked to add a positive personal touch on the experience- would recommend this place to all. Overall they had the best options and pricing- even beating out what we found online. Upon arriving we were greeted at the door and after asking us if we needed help finding anything specific we were left to walk around the store without the pressure of a salesperson following us.
We ended up buying couple of furniture items and they also agreed to match the online price. I didn't get a chance to work with other sales reps but I will pick/recommend Stillman every time to anyone looking to shop at Ashley. We feel good about our decision to go with Ashley Furniture.
The store was nicely set-up and organized. There was a wide range of furniture and options on the floor. Justin was incredibly patient and helpful. He gave me time to walk around and look at things and kept checking in on me to assist. I never felt pressured either. I ended up making a purchase. I am very pleased with my experience.
The Manager Mike Poole was also helpful. Overall a very happy experience. Let's hope the furniture delivery experience is equally good.
My wife and I were looking for furniture for our house and looked at Rooms to Go but were little hesitant to buy from there. I had read good reviews of the sales rep Mr.Stillman @ the Piedmont Ashley location and asked for him when we visited that store. I am so glad I did. Stillman was very nice, helpful and came across as a very honest guy. He explained in detail about the furniture and the protection plan we looked at and was even available on phone on his off day when I reached out to him to modify our order.
We were very happy with the professional customer service we received from Curtis. He answered all of our questions,explained the benefits of the protection plan in detail and made our 1st purchase with Ashley a very positive experience. We will definitely return for future furniture purchases!
