This was so not a pleasant experience for me. I wasted a lot of time and energy. I was a very patient customer. Oh customer service is one person show so everything works at a snail pace. I doubt I will be doing business here again.
I love this place, I bought most of my furniture from DHI furniture at the Kennesaw location. friendly, and helpful staff and not pushy. The furniture is high end pieces, great looks, and well priced. they even provide you with free decorating and design ideas. I'd shop them anytime before I shop any neighboring furniture stores.
Then everything seem to gradually go downhill after I placed my order. I didn't get any updates and called several times before my order was delivered 6 weeks later. Delivery guy damaged item in my house during delivery and got really irate. Very unprofessional. Even though I noted this on delivery slip and contacted customer service, of course replacement was denied.
DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM here. The one I ordered had a foul smell that won't go away. Despite trying to get it exchanged for over 3 weeks delivery didn't seem to be available. Eventually I returned and asked for a refund. Another shocker, read fine prints. I had some furniture financed, so it was keep all or return all. I ended up returning all.
I stumbled on this site online while shopping for furniture. They had a great inventory online so I went to the Kennesaw location. There were not as many items in the store to see as I would have liked. I got a lot of help from Christina and the prices were quite decent.
