It is important not to break the promise with customers.
I was supposed to get my sectional on August 7, 2017 and the estimated time of delivery was 8:00AM to 10:00AM. I had waited but I got a call from them at 10:30 AM that the delivery truck cannot come because its battery is down. So, I rescheduled my delivery to August 11, 2017 from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. I told them that my moving truck will leave to California on August 11, 2017 at 10:00AM and they made sure that the sectional will be delivered before then. The delivery was not delivered on time. They didn't pick up the phone calls till 10AM. They picked up the phone call at 10:01 AM and told me that the delivery already left. He told me he's going to call delivery guy, check where he is at, and call me back in few minutes. I've waited his call for another 30minutes. I called them again after 30mins and they said the delivery guy would be arrived in 20mins, which is 10:50AM. Loading on my moving truck was done at 10:30AM. The delivery came at 11:05AM which is also late. My moving truck had to wait 35minutes for the sectional to be delivered. The moving truck company charged me for extra time of waiting.
Wonderful place all around!! I was in sales for many years felt like a family member the minute I walked into this place. No pressure. Only a welcome feeling.
My first real furniture came from here and 33 years later I still have and love it! Jimmy and his father have an amazing eye for matching design and personality. I am very sad to see them close their doors. Jeri Breiner
The furniture is very classy and modern and quality of the furniture is amazing. I was blown away by the craftmanship. Everything in the store was beautiful but what stood out the most was John and Adrian. They were so kind to me and the other customers.
That type of gratitude and humility is very special in business. It makes customers care about "who" they buy from more then "what" they buy. They want to buy from good people first. John and Adrian are good people, who deserve good business.
And when I ordered the sectional I asked them to pack the sectional in the box because I am moving to California and it had to be loaded on the truck. But the sectional came without any packing or box. My moving truck workers had to spend another 10minutes to pack it.
I spoke with John and Adrian during my visit and was really moved by how sincere and honest they were.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered four bar stools, was told they would be here within 3-4 weeks and it's now WEEK 7. Every week I am told the same thing that they will be here the following week but nobody follows up and there is no delivery. Finally, week 6 I went into the store and the man who helped me was immediately defensive when I told him I was upset about having to wait so long for just bar stools. Never offered any sort of compensation and was told that I was wrong for being upset for not having furniture that we PAID for weeks after the items were promised. Once again was told they'd be here this week. Still no call. Can't comment on quality of barstools SINCE WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM YET.
