Really great customer service, will go out of their way to help you order what you need within your timeframe (within reason of course). In March 2017 we moved from Germany to Atlanta with no furnitures at all. We found this great place "Direct Furniture Outlet" and my wife loves this place. Very good and competent consultation by the owner at reasonable prices. We really recomment this place if you are looking for something special
I ordered the Anton U-Chaise Sectional a few months ago and it arrived about 3 months later which was totally expected. Joy bird has some of the best customer service I have ever had they were apologetic when my sectional was delayed due to some unforeseen problems at the factory.

Design within ACTUAL reach. Just bought my second couch from Direct Furniture Outlet; both have are very comfortable and high quality. The service from Fabian and Felipe was excellent and the delivery went smoothly. They know their product and have connections with a number of suppliers so if a piece isn't in the showroom they can often order it for you.
