I did not plan on spending $1500 on a mattress, however this location is under New Management (Donnell Bryant) and he informed us of some vital knowledge regarding mattress styles and how they affect our bodies long term (including making us aware that we spend more time on or in our mattress than any other place including work, our car, or simply walking around). Mr. Bryant was very helpful and most respectful to our budget. He advised us of the good, bad, and ugly of various brands. His 7 plus years of experience in home furnishings definitely gave the best perspective a consumer can ask for. It almost felt like we had a crash course on mattresses which helped extremely in selecting the correct mattress. He changed my perspective from getting a cheap comfortable mattress to investing in the condition of our physical lifestyle. Temper Pedic mattresses may cost a few thousand dollars however they can last up to and over 40 years if maintained correctly. I almost wanted to join the mattress industry after all the information he blessed us with. I highly favor this location for being very informative and very helpful without all the pushy salesman talk. My wife and I now rarely leave the house, because the mattress provides such a vacation type feeling and it definitely changes our attitudes when getting up and going to work in the morning. The best start to our day is not coffee anymore, but knowing we had a solid healthy restful nights sleep which is more motivating than any brand of coffee. I'm frankly surprised by all of the poor reviews this store has received. It seems it may be on the delivery side as opposed to actual in-store interaction??? Anyway, I had a pleasant experience in the store today. When I entered, I was promptly greeted by Allyson N. She offered her assistance and asked me to let her know if I needed anything. After browsing the store and finding a couch I was interested in, she helped me measure it, provided detailed pricing and also helped me with a bed as well. Allyson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. I definitely plan to purchase the couch and bed from her in the coming weeks. I would highly recommend this store and Allyson if you're in need of new furniture.
I have been to this location twice now. Each time, I was immediately greeted by a friendly face. I have had great experiences with both Joe and Patrick. They were patient in listening to my specific needs. Moreover, I didn't feel like they were "selling" me anything. Having done my research prior to going to the store, I was able to walk out having made confident purchases without wasting any time. If you are looking for a friendly, understanding, and efficient shopping experience, definitely stop by the Rooms To Go by Perimeter Mall.
We have been looking for living room furniture for a while and a friend of ours in Greenville, SC mentioned that she had just purchased the Cindy Crawford Home Auburn Hills Taupe Leather Power Reclining Sofa and loved it. We went to the store on 9/2 and Joe Wright showed us the sofa and we instantly knew it would be perfect. We wanted to make sure that it would fit in the space with a couple of chairs. Joe was very helpful with looking at our room measurements and patiently helped us find chairs that would work with the sofa. He did a great job of explaining the protection and warranty on the pieces and the delivery process and answered all of our questions. The furniture was delivered as scheduled and it looks beautiful. I will definitely look to buy more furniture from your store in the future.
Patrick Vaughn was a wonderful sales associate. I walked into Rooms To Go very stressed out. I had no idea what I needed to buy and I was worried that I would pay too much and that it would be a difficult process to furnish my new apartment. Patrick made me feel very comfortable and he was very honest, nice, and helpful. I was able to add all of the items to my order, select a delivery date, and pay in a very short amount of time. Patrick took care of all the work in less than 15 minutes (after I selected all of my furniture). I would highly recommend working with Patrick if you come to Rooms To Go. Patrick works on Saturday and Sunday so if you are shopping on the weekend he will most likely be available to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely return to Rooms To Go to work with Patrick for my future furniture needs.
