I will never buy another piece of furniture from this store. My furniture arrived with 4 major flaws: scrapes and dings across the wood on the front, a ding in the door, a drawer that wouldn't close and two large rips across the back. The furniture was also covered in dust. I was told by a store manager that it's typical for Drexel Heritage furniture to have this many imperfections and that they normally touch it up before before delivery so the customer doesn't even know it was flawed. To top it off the delivery men scuffed my walls and the repairman scratched my hardwoods. The repairs to the furniture are still not to my satisfaction. When I asked if I could just return the unit the store manager told me I would have to pay a 40% restocking fee. I guess they were going to restock the damaged furniture? A major disappointment from what I thought was a reputable company.
