I went in on a Sunday afternoon with a simple question on my Surface Book; the zoom on the screen was not working. I was told to wait 2 hours for an appointment. I persisted but was told in no uncertain terms no would help me unless I was buying something new. I have been to many Microsoft Stores and this one has the worst customer service. I would never go back. Apple would never treat me this way. A very bad experience.
Worst experience. A guy who works there has a worst attitude towards customers. Rude and unprofessional. They just come up with some discounts that are not normally provided by Microsoft and make you wait for an hour saying they are processing the discount and later come back to say that there are some conditions apply for the discount which makes you pay the actual amount for the product. It’s worthless visiting this store.
I went to this store to discuss some issues I was having with my phone. I waited 10 minutes for 2 employees who were talking about there weekend to help me. I asked a couple questions and the young gentlemen could not even answer one of my questions. Then he asked if I was interested in purchasing a new phone. My phone is 6 months old. Microsoft PLEASE educate your staff. I am a long time windows guy. I will not be purchasing any more windows products. Apple will be happy with my money since Microsoft doesn't seem to need it.
My Xbox One had died, I was sure of it. I already tried a few things of my own and took it to a standard repair place and nothing had worked. This store was my last hope so I scheduled an appointment and took it in. I was seen right away and he confirmed my suspicion, my Xbox was bricked, nothing could fix it. Seeing my sadness, he went and talked to his manager and came back saying "So I explained your situation with my manager and he hates that this has happened to you, he wants to make it up to you..." He went on to explain that he will trade in my current first gen Xbox One for an upgraded Xbox One S for no price increase (I was offered $115 to trade in my Xbox One for a refurbished one of the same model). This was great news to me, and it really felt like they were genuine on trying to help me out. It sucked that my Xbox had died but in the long run, I was able to upgrade to a better, sleeker, faster, model. Customer Service was amazing, the employees all seemed to really love what they do, the store was clean and had all sorts of gadgets you could play with. I will definitely come back to this location again for any Microsoft purchases or needed assistance.
Had to return a gaming laptop I bought online. The machine was perfect, just not the perfect fit for me. Joshua was amazing. He and his coworker handled the return with no hick ups. Very understanding and helping people. They even gave me a coke to enjoy while we were having a very nice conversation. This has been my best costumer experience of 2017.
