Amazing service, I believe I was helped by John. My phone was restarting in a loop for no reason and they tried to restore it with no luck. I was given a replacement phone. In and out in about 35 minutes the longest part was me waiting for my phone to load the back up. Great service!

For the very first time in 5 years I had an issue with my MacBook Pro. I had an appointment, and after 10 minutes maximum I had someone by my side ( Scott ). I had a problem and I needed to come back after 45 minutes, and when I came back if I did not understand his name wrong it was Mathews. These guys were great and very helpful, I am so glad the way they managed the issues I had in my computer that was not working for one month, and I left the store it was working perfectly. Sometimes people complain they have an appointment and they think it is exclusive and don't want to wait a little bit, it is an schedule time, it can take hours with a client, but also only fews minutes. Also people with devices from 9 years ago, and want these guys to make miracles... Just good things to say about their service. I'll be back for sure.

This is the second time I've been to this location and had problems. Yesterday, my wife and I were in the store when a fist fight broke out between 2 customers. Tables were flying, chairs and other customers knocked over, and the in-store security guard just stood there. This went on for 3~4 minutes when a CUSTOMER stepped in and broke it up. Will not visit this store or mall again, its a dangerous place.
I went to the Apple Store yesterday to try and work on my Smart Keyboard that had issues with my iPad Pro. After the long wait... I finally had a associate that works on iPad apparently named Paul. He was quick to tell me that I would have to pay for another Keyboard because it had issues internally. If I have issues internally and I had nothing to do with it then I should be able to get another Keyboard free of cost? That was not the case. He didn't try troubleshooting the issue or anything. Just referred me to buying another product. Then I called Apple Support and they helped me way more than actually being in the store. They sent me to Best Buy and they checked out the product and saw that if something happens with the keyboard internally then they have to get you a replacement no questions. In turn they helped me out more than the actual Apple store wanted to. After hours of frustration I will no longer go to this Apple Store. It's not worth it if no one wants to help you out.
