The people here were amazing help. My speaker has stop connecting via Bluetooth and I didn't have my receipt but with a calm clear communication I explained my date of purchase and situation. They replaced my speaker and that was that, I am grateful for representatives that take care of their customers! Pay it forward (later that day I helped a pair of ladies jump their car)
I had the worst experience of my life last night when I went to return some stuff my son gave me. First the guy insisted on me exchanging it for something because according to him he didn't had gift card which he had and said he was pretty sure there must be one lying somewhere when I asked him he started return process even though he didn't had gift card. He insisted to exchange it to something, and I said I am. It going to get something and come back to return I had driven a mile to come to return. I found out later on when he processed return he was pressing some button from far left middle which will knock down to buy one get one 1/2 off and was saying it pops up itself and was trying to return 108.00 then when I asked him to saw me the price on screen I found out that the return slip he some how omitted the o e item which was 79.99. On question why that item is not on receipt he said he probably forgot and just started to talk to me loudly and here comes the worst he said to me " just leave the store right now or I'll call the security to kick you out for threatening me" I said how did I threat you, just by saying I'll talk to your main office I don't think that a threat and he once again just get out of the store before he calls the security. He even refused to give me any further information Marion about his supervisor or anything. I am a 60 year old man, what kind of threat I will give him. I have a business and I know this is not the way to talk to customer. Good luck brookstone. Will never be back or give any good word for you
