I don't judge a store based on one employees inability to help me. I also don't get upset if they won't order an ink cartridge for me online. I am just happy when I'm able to get help from a smiling, knowledgable person. Simple. Efficient. Great store with lots of options.
Trying to call someone at the store is the worst experience in the world!! I been on hold for over 15mins! Smh!!
A very clean store, and there is a lot of laptops/tablets that you can use (so you don't have to wait until someone else stops using it). The staff is really nice. Peter even wrote in a paper how the prices during the labor weekend discount were charged to the final bill, so it was more easy to understand.
Wow...was totally dismayed that you are not allowed to just call in and speak to a human. I had a question; but you must use their smart phone system or it hangs up on you! I am 2 hours away. I don't want to waste my time by driving that far if they cant help me.
