Wasted day, and now we will have to cancel other commitments we made for the afternoon.
We bought both our computers and apple watches there and they were quick and efficient. The prices were a little less expensive than the actual retail store, and they even offered a coupon that made the price that much better! Check out was quick and they didn't push for any extras (device protection, mice, software. etc.)
Didn't have a problem at this location yet. Gave it four stars cuz of the location from my house. Other that it's a good store and likeable employees
We purchased a washer dryer and had no complaints until we went to use it, and the dryer was not connected correctly. Today, a week and a half later, they were scheduled to come between 8 & noon to AGAIN install the dryer, aka fix their shoddy install. It is 3 pm, and though we called as it neared 1pm, and we were told that they were 20 minutes out... still no one has arrived.
I was there to purchase a printer. As I was checking out Ms. Barbara, one of you associates walked up. WE talked about what I was going to use the printer for. She gave me so many suggestions. Not only did she give me suggestions, she went and got the printers and took the one I decided that I didn'the need back. You talking about service! She was awesome!!!!! I have never had this much great service in a store in a looonnnng time. Best Salesperson ever Ms. Barbara. Thank you. I like this store☺
