Thank you for being so simple, doing a good job, being thorough and actually putting air in my tires. Appreciate a place that is consistent. Sure I have had to wait a bit longer than estimated at times, but they are busy because they do good work.
Fake Smile. You know that feeling you get when you feel like you are being taken advantage of. Get used to it if you come here. I started using this shop because it was close to work and i could drop off, walk to work, then pick up at the end of the day. My first experience, was good. I think the guys name is Kurt. Great personality at first. But now that i have gone several times, i have lost all trust. They sold me Tires for my truck, cost me around $600. I have driven less than 15k miles and they told me i need new tires. They said the tires i bought dont have a tread life warranty. I have been buying tires for 20 years, and never had a tire not come with some sort of tread warranty. This last time around, i had to deal with 2 different employees, where the 2nd one was telling me something completely different from Kurt and they got caught. Then they tried to blame it on another issue i previously had with my steering. They over charged me to replace my power steering which went out a few months later, then they blamed that on something else they needed to fix. Why not fix it right the first time? Overall, I will not be back.
I left my car as one power window is not working, for inspection they charged $55.99(initially they told 24.99 and charged higher), later they called and intimated me that total motor and switch (rear window) and front main switch wasn't working & will cost around $1000 , i asked them not to work on it... instead i asked them to raise the window up...... they told it wont be possible to raise the window and they gave me as it is.. i took it to another service center they said only one switch is broken and they replaced it.. and now every thing is fine... .. Do not ever trust this guys...
Have been taking car here for 4 years. Manager Kurt is great at making sure the right work is done and fair price offered. (I even called once about a deal at another service location and got an honest suggestion.)
Rude as hell customer service. Wanted my tire plugged would literally take 5 minutes would have been an easy $10 for them. They said it would take about 6.5 hours. I recommend not going there. There's better and nicer customer service at other places.
