All of our company cars are serviced here routinely. John is highly knowledgeable about cars and makes sure customers leave satisfied. He only tell us what the car needs and not trying to upsell thing that are not required.
Lindbergh automotive is always reliable and trustworthy. I've been a loyal customer for 6 years now and they have never disappointed me. They also offer a ride back to work or home if the car is being left at there place. Don't go to dealers people, dealers will kill you on labor where here you pay much less for the same parts and service.
I went back to them and I told them the problem. They said they needed time to look at it.
3 days ago, my car broke down and I took it to them and they said I need to change the battery and the alternator. They had the alternator and battery replaced for $580 including the parts. I got my car at the same day, and the a/c comes on but does not blow out cold air
I have been a repeated customer to this store for one year.
I spoke to people about that and they said "The person who worked in your car had to remove the AC condensor mounting bolts to slide the Ac compressor forward to remove the alternator. AND Your AC is not working well is related to your alternator replacement according to the service manual.
I am going to tell you about my experience in this store.
I am not happy with the service. I will never refer somebody to them.
The ac was doing perfect before I took my car to them.
Then, I went there back they fixed it and they charged me $80.
All I can do about it is post here and share my bad experience.
