Sandy and his team are the best in the business. My parents and I have trusted them with an array of cars over the years. When Sandy is unable to do the repairs, like when our VW Beetle needed a new convertible top, he recommends other reasonable and skilled mechanics. I'm now in the process of buying a car myself and you bet I call Sandy to ask him about models worthwhile.
Sure enough, I got a call back a couple of hours later. The repair quote was reasonable so I accepted. Sandy asked if I'd like one of his employees to pick me up and drive me over the pick up the Volvo, and I again accepted to avoid the walk.
Shortly after moving to North Druid Hills, my car overheated with a smoking engine. I cracked opened the hood and was able to diagnose the problem myself: a heater hose had exploded and all of the antifreeze had leaked out of my Volvo's coolant system.
Thanks to the awesome experience, these guys have earned a customer for life and I'm happy to refer my friends and family in Atlanta to Automotive Professionals. Same-day repair of a game-breaking engine issue, reasonable pricing, free drop-offs and pick-ups, a friendly attitude, and expert advice. Five stars -- this is what a service company should be!!
This is a great, HONEST, affordable shop. Sandy is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done correctly and he wont try to sell you something you don't need. I've taken all my cars here and wont go anywhere else!

I'm very happy with the service Automotive Professionals provided. Sandy (one of the shops owners) was super friendly and told me he'd give me a call as soon as they'd figured out what the problem was. I was thinking I'd walk back (no big deal, only a little over a mile) but Sandy offered to drive me and graciously refused the tip I offered him for dropping me off.
Heater hoses aren't expensive, but the hose in question wasn't easy to reach so I decided to call a professional. My engine had overheated on a Tuesday and my mechanic in Marietta said he wouldn't have time to take a look at until the next weekend, so I looked on Yelp and decided to call Automotive Professionals based on their proximity to my home (with an smoke-prone engine, I couldn't drive it more than a couple of miles) and their (at the time) all positive reviews.
