Got stranded 150 miles from home in ATL on a business trip because of an issue with my tires. They took a look, got me a new tire and had me on the road again in under 2 hours for a much lower cost than expected. I even asked them if I needed a second new tire for the other side of the axle and instead of upselling me, they let me know why that wasn't necessary.

Buckhead Goodyear does all of my car service since there is no dealership for my Isuzu Trooper. They are courteous, the mechanics do an excellent job, and I buy Goodyear tires only. I can count on them year after year & highly recommend them.
I'm so glad I stopped here and not another local place. Richard was amazingly friendly and helpful, and showed genuine concern for my safety and that of another customer who left the shop while it was raining.

Recently got a tire from this place in right off the bat they started up charging me for the tire to get it done “today” but if I wait till tommorow there won’t be a fee, now it turns 7pm and they closed with my car still there and not a call back or anything. I’m a ER nurse and now have to uber Home because they said they will be done by a certain time and never finished or called back. They also charged me extra just to get it done same day, dropped it off at 1. For 1 Tire replacement. Horrible customer service and not a care in the world for others
