Customer service was Outstanding, Every thing well explained and timing was accurate. In & out process. I will be returning here for there services ! I would recommend others as well to come to this location.
Called back today. A month to the day. Guy answers the phone I ask about it he says let me ask the manager and instead of putting the manager on the phone I can hear them talk. The manager said he’s never heard anything about this.
Went 4 weeks ago to get a tire fixed. They got to that promptly, but came in and told me my right blinker was out. My car has a system that tells me when the blinker is out and I had not activated but I let them change it anyways. 15 min later I am out the door going back to work. Get in the car and just like that my system is alerting me that the blinker is out. I go back and the manager tells me it was a bad bulb. So I wait an hour for them to get another. Bulb doesn’t work. Tells me it’s the socket which he will have to order. He gives me a free oil change for my problems and said he will order it from Kia and will call me when it arrives. It was frustrating Process because I think the guy probably broke it but the manager was doing is best to make it right. But that’s when the fun started.
Excellent Service. Speedy. They have everything you need. No run around. No jug or finesse at all.
Midas got to my car in a timely manner and completed the service above my expectations. The waiting room is above the standard of most service shops. I highly recommend this location for your car services.
Didn’t hear anything so I called the next week. Part wasn’t in. Guy on the phone said he was new and the manager wasn’t in but he would ask and they’d call me back. Never got a call.

I told the guy that they had lost a customer and I would not be coming back and he hung up on me. I understand my tone was probably not welcoming but the fact that it’s been a month and this location can’t do ANYTHING that they told me they would do was the breaking point.
I call the next week. Guy answers and tells me he’s the new manager and doesn’t know anything about it. I tell him the whole story. He tells me he will take care of it and call me back within 30 minutes when he orders the part. Never got the call.
Do not go here.
I'm late but never forget or forgot 11/18/17. God is good all the time. I stopped in to get an estimate and oh how good God and his servants are. Thank you soooo much for the help, words of comfort and blessing. I too shall give love for Christmas.
