I was shammed by my 'auto warranty' company - no pay towards repairs due to over-heating break down with PLUS Coverage! I already lost 'hundreds' from trouble shooting and towing. Jesse at the shop did all he could to find out the problem and communicate with my family and didn't even charge me for storage-even after several days past. Jerry also was helpful with the situation. These guys treated me like a human being. Opposite of my PLUS auto warranty company. Thanks guys!
These guys are the absolute best. Customer service, affordability, and knowledge. I HATE shopping around for mechanics you can trust and I didn't have to with them. I brought the car in for maintenance but it had also been in an accident. The front door was stuck and making this embarrassing very loud screechy sound when it was opened all the way. I'm so grateful, for weeks I had to only open the door a few inches and squeeze in so everyone in the parking lot wouldn't stare lol. It was a struggle. I don't know what he did but he adjusted it without me asking free of charge. its the little things that count LOVE them there. I will only go here for car maintenance as long as I live in GA.
Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough good and wonderful things about these folks! I am a widow and after I lost my husband, I got employment as a Nanny. The family I work for encouraged me to go to Catherine's Auto and I have never regretted it! Jesse is one of the mechanics and is quite the nicest young man you'd ever meet. Their prices are more than fair, they have your car ready when they say they will and I have recommended them to everyone I know. It was indeed a lucky day for me when I first followed the suggestion to take my car in to them. They are top notch in my book.
