This rating is totally based on service level of staff and management. Its been 2 months since we left the apartment, we have not received our deposit back. Every time we call them, we hear the same thing that we forgot to send the check and it will be delivered in a week or two. Very frustrating. Apart from this the apartments are great and very safe with good neighborhood
It's a nice environment, but it has some less obvious issues you need to consider before moving in. The building looks nice from the outside and has great amenities. However, the wooden floor are not sound insulated well. I can hear anything from fallen object thuds to even moderately heavy steps. Also, the apartment layout in relation to the parking lot is not convenient. 4th floor of the east wing has no direct access to the parking lot. There is not elevator that goes to floors 5, 6 and 7 on the parking lot. There are also barely enough parking it seems like, with every day the parking lot fills all the way to the sixth floor out of seventh (remember no elevator access beyond the fifth floor. There is no direct access to the parking lot for fifth floor on the east wing (you need to go down to 4, go across and then go up). There is a hidden rooftop porch that is really hard to reach (only from one side of the fourth floor). Finally, the car entrance coming in from the road is too narrow making drivers having to hit the ledge all the time.
There are no elevators in the parking deck, and guests take up all parking on the first floor. Management also contracts a company to boot cars in "unauthorized" areas that are always changing. Chances are if you live here you will get booted at some point. They just stopped providing paper cups for their coffee machine under the guise of saving trees. In reality it is likely to save money, which doesn't matter, because the coffee machine was almost never working anyways. In my opinion, it is too expensive for the area. There are better options with better management elsewhere.
This review is particularly for the staff... Unprofessional front office. Always prompt to impose late fees but haven't received my deposit for 2 months. Always hand over the blame to "corporate". Everyone (no point mentioning names here) in the office is lazy and disinterested in handling resident queries. Try to avoid
Love the area, but not a fan of the current staff and the construction of the building . I’ve been dealing with ant issues for the past year and there is still no solution. Disappointed I️ renewed my lease, because I have a infant and ants are getting in his clothes. It’s disgusting!
