KEPT HANGING UP ON ME,THREE TIMES.WORST RAN BUSINESS I EVER CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE.PLEASE DON'T ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.PLEASE PASS ON YOUR BAD EXPERIENCE.
If I could rate zero stars I would... WORST experience EVER!! I called for a cab about 830p and was told it would be about 10-15 mins, no problem. I waited for about 30 mins then called again and was told they should be here soon, however after 10 mins they still didn't show up even though I told him it was raining outside. So I called an uber and never got a call back from them after they took over an hour for a 10 min ETA. Save your time call an uber or lyft.
Driver kicked my wife out for her asking him politely could he not hang up in her face while she is talking to him over the phone.
Very unreliable. I tried to use this cab company on the regular and they are always making me late for appointments and work even when I call hours in advance . The lady who picks up the phone is always nice but the service is not good at all .
