From beginning to end Jeff was amazing to work with. Aaron was a huge hit. Not only did he show up early to setup he really held the guests attention especially when he was teaching them how to play Blackjack! We hired Big Eastern Events for our annual company barbeque and we were very impressed! Every single person I interacted with was professional, informative and friendly. The casino dealers were kind, personable and educational, and provided a very welcoming atmosphere, making it a memorable time for everyone in attendance. Great company! They were very professional and so much fun! The communication before and after the event were perfect. I received a call on the way to our event to let us know they had a flat tire and would be delayed. They still arrived on time and had everything setup before our event began. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for casino rentals! It was a huge success for our event and I'll plan on using Big Eastern Events again in the future!
AWESOME! Everyone had a blast. Most of our guest had never, ever experience anything like that in someone's backyard. The dealers, oh the dealers were absolutely the best. The were excellent. Treated our guest with the upmost respect. They took the time to explain how to play each of the games. One gentleman took the time to help my 85 year old Aunt with the slot machines. He repeatedly went over to help her refill her machine with coins, to time to explain to her how to play. He was so patient, and understanding with her. Jeff, and Shelly thank you so much. My husband party was a hit. Guess WHAT? It was so nice we got to do it twice. We will be doing again next year Labor Day weekend. We want you BACK!!! Yes we do. I hope we can have the same crew you sent us this time. Once, I get over this year, and regroup I will be getting back with you after the holidays to start planning next years party. Hopefully, we can have more games and more fun. Again, thank you! You guys are the best at what you do. It was a pleasure having your staff at our home.
