I had Brandon Shawn and tray moving me out and boy were they fast friendly and careful! When moving me in Brandon and Quinton.....another great team were fast and worked so hard! Bert professional, honest, and great people. Management team was very patient with me and helpful! Highly recommended! Thanks guys!!!

They shattered our large decorative wall mirror, and they threw it away before we could take a picture for the claim. They ripped holes in the back of our couch. They submitted a claim slip, so they said. No one has followed up on our claim. We've contacted them multiple times and this last time, they asked us to submit a claim, which leads me to believe the movers didn't submit the damage sheets like they told us they did. They requested pictures of all of the damaged items, so let's see how getting money for our mirror goes. We are patiently waiting to be compensated for our destroyed items. We will never use them again
Movers showed up 45 min late. Took approximately 6 hours to move from 3 bedroom house to 2 bedroom apartment less than a mile away. Got into a very nasty argument with my new property manager and maintenance manager bc they told the movers to move the truck as it was blocking handicap parking. I was mortified. Furniture damaged. Mess left at my previous address with promise to clean it up, submitted a claim and haven't heard back. Left the mattresses at my old property and then tried to blame it on me bc I didn't check behind them. Would not recommend to anyone. Inexpensive yet I still paid too much.
