Best experience with a moving company! All the guys were very professional and polite. They called as they were on the way and once they arrived. I signed 3 pages and they started moving things. They were careful with my belongings and let me know if there were any issues with things before moving them. They communicated as we moved to ensure boxes and my belongings were being placed where I wanted. They disassembled and reassembled my bed in no time and even gave me some advice on furniture placement in my room. All in all, it was a wonderful experience moving and I would highly recommend them.
This was an unexpected move (house sold faster than we anticipated) and I was scrambling to find any company that could move us on such a short notice. Luckily, I was recommended Atlanta Furniture Taxi by a competitor and I was glad I took a chance with this company. The owner of the company personally returned my call, explained all terms and conditions both to myself and my husband. On the day of the move, the team of 4 showed up and started working right away. There were several boxes not packed, but they had extra supplies in the truck and took care of it with no problems. The entire move took less than 4 hours, even though, now looking back, I realize that we were not prepared at all! I typically do not write online reviews, but I made an exception in this case since we received such an exceptional service! Thank you so much to everyone in the company!!!!
I have used five times in the Metro Atlanta area. Each time I try a different moving company hoping they will be better than the previous ones. This time I got the right company and for my next move I will definitely call them again. The crew was courteous and experienced. The total move took half the time that I expected, and therefore saved me several hundred dollars. Everything ran smoothly from the initial phone call to waving good-bye. When we arrived at the new house, the movers told me how long it would take them to finish. I was skeptical, but they met their timeline, even hustling a bit at the end to finish on time. I have been telling all my friends that if they ever move, call The Furniture Taxi. They will make the task pleasurable!
The Furniture Taxi did an excellent job with my two bedroom apartment move. They showed up on-time were very professional and immediately got straight to work. They took great care to ensure that our things were handled properly and that nothing was broken or damaged. Pricey but worth the cost, I would recommend or use these movers again.
The Furniture Taxi did an awesome job with our move. We had to move out of two different locations into a 3-story townhouse (lots of stairs). But, these movers are pros! The 3-man team did not waste any time at all and they had everything moved into our new house in about 5.5 hours...and that includes all of the wrapping they did. I highly recommend them!! Great job!
