I couldn't be happier with the moving in experience. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked the rental policies and terms. Everything seems very logical and doesn't seem designed to gouge me at every opportunity. I'm very happy with this experience so far.
I have stored here off and on for 13 years, I can’t imaging going anywhere else! As long as Marlon is at Extra Space I know the property is in perfect shape and my belongings are very well protected. I think Marlon knows every customer by name and he has a warm and professional attitude and always takes the time to greet you and ask about your day, not many places offer this scale of customer service. This is hands down the best place to store in Atlanta!
Marlon isn't only a great store manager, he is a great advocate for Extra Space. I've visited several locations in the area seeking a short term solution to my recent move. Not only did he provide me the information I needed but gave me advice on faster and cheaper ways to get around and offered additional assistance if needed. He is truly an amazing person and Extra Space is better for having him.
Marlin and Gloria were Awesome! They have great customer service skills and they took their time to work with us and make sure everything was perfect, even when it started leaking in the first storage, they moved me to a new one just in case even though the leak was being fixed. I would give them more stars if I could I'm very happy with this Extra Space location. I recommend it to everyone
Marlin is a number one son of a gun. What you see is what you get. Always helpful and pleasant, he plays no games. He makes you feel assured that your belongings are going to be safe for as long as you want or need to keep them in the facility.
