We moved on June 19 with a 2 week old newborn and a toddler and an active duty airman--so I tried to do as much of the unpacking as I could and ended up going to the ER after pushing myself too hard postpartum. On July 24, I called to request box pick-up and nobody ever called back. I called three more times. Finally someone emailed my husband and said we had missed our 30 day window for box pick up. Sorry, not sorry, no exceptions, no sympathy. So not only did they manhandle our boxes, damage our bed, scratch our furniture, but they also left us with all the boxes.
A.C. White was true to their word - the final bill came out to precisely what their estimate said. They were courteous and professional - my home was never damaged in the moving process. I would surely recommend again!
