Everyone on staff from pre-op to post-op (especially Miss Sonya) was delightful, professional, and helpful during the entire process, and made the experience so much less stressful for my mom.
I wish I could say the same about the Admissions staff. A woman by the name of Courtney checked my mother in. She appeared irritated when we walked up to her desk, and she acted as though she had been put out for having to deal with us. There was no sign of empathy or compassion towards my mother who was already stressed and anxious about the process, and I hope that someone will bring this to the employee's attention, so that future patients aren't treated with the same disrespect.
