A big shoutout to the ER team on staff yesterday who upon my arrival with an allergic reaction were attentive, friendly, and efficient. I was registered in minutes. Seen in less than 10 minutes and treated with a much needed dosage of steroidal medication to reverse the allergic reaction. Thanks to PA Rae, RN Thomas and Dr Ruby.
Terrible . Been sick for over 3 weeks first had the flu now it’s a cold chest hurts nose stuffed up bad coughing like crazy and they rush you out with just some medicine and bam your right back . I guess that’s how they make there money using us as experiments and get us to keep coming back it’s been my home away from home. The nurses some are nice and some just got nasty attitude. Northside use to be a hospital I trust now I question it . I wonder if I will have better luck with Emory. SMH please re-evaluate your doctors and nurses you have staffed cause without people y’all have no jobs :)
Seriously one of the friendliest staff teams I've ever met (women's center) ever since we arrived two days ago we've been checked up on very often to make sure we've had everything we needed before and after my wife's delivery. Of course no matter where you go there's a few bad eggs and we did have the displeasure to meet a few. They weren't around long enough to really affect us but did have a slight impact on the review. Some people just shouldn't work at a location when they know they have to deal with people on a daily basis.
Beware of Women's Clinic. The con game is real. I was scheduled, then forced to sign intent to make payment prior to my appointment even though the insurance had not been billed. Meaning your out of pocket must be paid up front or payment plan agreed to at time of service. Retail treatment. Money oriented more than most. Otherwise, I was not going to be seen. Who had ever heard of this? And I waited forever for the appointment. Paperwork confusing me with another patient. Avoid.
They really took care of me. And my nurse Andrew was OUTSTANDING!! He was very concern, patient, and kind. He did everything in his power to make sure his patients were happy.
