My experience has been awesome. I don't know what everyone is complaint about. I sent an email an had a response within 12 hours. The scheduled an appointment to see me within a few days. I drove the 5 hours from Winston Salem to Atlanta, met with folks, who were VERY friendly, and handled my business. Thanks Andres! Excellent service!!
Nunca nadie contesta las llamadas en ese consulado, ni mucho menos te regresan una llamada, no son nada amables, ni mucho menos eficientes !!
It is impossible to talk with a person in this consulate. Both phone numbers are answered by the same recording. The English version of the recording sends you in a loop and refers you to the web page. The Spanish version does allow you to leave a message, but no one responds to messages either in English or Spanish. No one responds to email messages in either language either! Very frustrating!
Everyone is lazy here. They never reply to voicemails or emails.
