They never answer their phones!!
Never answer the phone nor call back, meanwhile my passport expired and i'm in the states.
It pains me to write this poor review, but the service at the consulate to simply receive a new passport SUCKS. No one ever answers the phone. Even during normal working hours of 9:30am - 12:30pm. Who else works three hours per day three days a week and is still not there when you need them? Only a Government employee.
