Went to the consulate to obtain temporary resident visa. From the security guards, consulate official and the cashier, excellent service, smiles and treated with respect. Even though we came well prepared, we missed one detail. The consulate official pointed out our missing information and how to resolve it. To do this we had to go to FedEX Kinkos, look up the information online, print it out and return to the consulate. The entire process took thirty minutes and we were ushered back into the official's office, the information was quickly reviewed and processed. Very efficient and professional from start to finish!

I’m surprised to see all of the negative comments. I went to apply for permanent residency and everyone from the security guards, the cashier and the person who processed my visa were very courteous and professional. My visa was approved within 30 minutes. Very fast and friendly customer service.

I called to get information for one of our employees at our company to travel to Mexico to visit one of our customers. I was sent to the Visa dept. in regards to my question. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Maria was very rude and unprofessional. Would not answer any of my questions and had a rude tone with me the whole time. I even had to ask her to calm her manner of tone and talk to me professionally in which she even got more upset. Told me she had a customer in front of her and didn't have time to help me. Is so why answer the phone only to be rude and brush me off!

Iv never seen such horrible costumer service in my life. The security thinking they own the freaking building. Makes me feel ashamed to be mexican. I understand we have our roots but we came to another country and we need to adapt we left Mexico for a reason why bring the entire thing with us. And they get offended because I asked for a brochure Ina english. Come on
